Thanks to the comment of kuyan-judith removed modifiers for high/low living standard because vanilla Stellaris already gives bonus/malus government ethics attraction based on happiness which is directly impacted by living standards.

- slightly improved ethics attraction of pops (meaning improved the tweaks of the last update)
- updated the describtion of the mod to be more useful and include all of the latest stuff (it was kinda outdated)

big-ish update:
- Improved ethic attraction. It should now work much better. Still isn't perfect. Paradox please fix.
- A lot of small tweaks here and there to 1) make more sense and 2) improve on some flaws that were easier to notice now that ethic attraction works better.
- still some fixes for small vanilla errors
