Winter_Chernarus changes
- Snow footsteps added to zombies
- Minumum environment temperature bonus while indoors increased to 1 (was 0.7)

DS_Temperature(body temp) changes
- Increased temperature gain during hypothermia while within the safe heat comfort range
- Reduced health loss from hypothermia and hyperthermia by 10% (0.2/sec to 0.18/sec)
- Slowed temperature change while not in safe heat comfort range by 7%

These changes should give players a bit more time to find winter clothing or something sharp. The player will still be punished heavily if they ignore their temperature. However they will be more rewarded for bringing their heat comfort into the safe range during hypothermia. The minumum body temperature is 33.5c, If you were to reach that with only 18% health left you will most likely die to hypothermia before your temperature rises out of the hypothermic range. You would have to ignore your temperature for 15-25 minutes to even get close to the minimum temperature(in Winter Chernarus). You would have to wait even longer for your health to reach 18%. This obviously varies from day to night. Basically, don't be bad and you wont die to hypothermia next to a fire.
