added legacy assembler blueprint subtypes again so that assemblers can make the ammo in Basic and Full asemblers.

Additional Update - Added Legacy Nato ammo data files to mod as that keen saw fit to Remove them from assemblers but weapons still could chamber it. legacy nato ammo is now a basic consumeable and can be made in basic and higher assemblers

Pushed update - Keen removed old rifle sounds, so much for "legacy wont be affected" - added their new sounds into mod.
