Fixed the texture on the water squares. Made all the water slightly less blueish.

Most things are now created with the construction hammer, though there are still a few things on the work benches. After you've used the new building tool a bit, let me know which you prefer.

Fixed the collision on the Aquilonian Chair and Divan so you no longer float above them while manually sitting.

Made some minor fixes to normals and textures that have been wrong for awhile now. Chamber pot legs, worn books, over-saturated rugs.
