FTC changelog

This is me mostly just adjusting a bunch of stuff to Clove to try to get back into modding

Clove
-removed a bunch of neck options in favour of alternative outfits, currently there's:
Hoodie, Turtleneck, Dress, And No Body (for screenshot funnies)
-Added the option to wear a beanie or be bald, just because.
-Changed her ragdoll physics to be more exagerrated, removing the hoodie & hoodstring physics and replacing them with neck & clavicle physics
-Fixed her teeth looking weird when using certain skins.

Snowflake
-made a very scuffed fix for the flashlight being in the floor.

Smiley
-Gave him another outfit option, that being one of a jester outfit.

FTC update
a few models now support Playermodel Shapekey Eye Animations by Rho
removed a bunch of sw.vtx files for compression's sake.


Clove
-Shapekey Eye Animation Support.
-finally closed her mouth instead of letting all the yucky germs flow thru gaping maw
-made new flex for jaw-drop so she looks less weird when opening her mouth.

Snowflake
-Shapekey Eye Animation Support.

-fixed luny's npc model having missing eyes and her head falling off upon ragdoll.
-actually added a_box to the trashcan, re-render his icon in the spawn menu to fix.
-other suggestions for additions wouldn't hurt, feel free to pass me an idea.

-overhauled snowflake's model to be more proportionally accurate, pretty happy with how it came out.
-removed call to a_box's playermodel in the trashcan
-removed feri
-added support for CVC Base, all NPCs now talk like whatever gender they are, or none if they do not fit. (thinking about adding custom voices if people want em.)
-updated luny's hitboxes, changed her ingame model name to luny.
-increased ulysses' head hitbox to account for his long ass snout.
