Tweaked balance and changed everything to match 3.2
Removed the Habitat/Ring World unique version of the Mine building.

Changed some building names, this would cause inconsistent naming between languages so I scrapped most of the translations I had been given, anyone interesting in providing translations add me on discord @Thane-Stus#0893 or here on steam.

Added new unique mineral and energy credit buildings for habitats and ringworlds.
Mineral building is less effective on habitats that are not built on a mineral deposit.

I have switched to using the nexus to archive old versions of my mods so you can get the 2.6 version here[www.nexusmods.com] if you need it.
