Changed instant first spawn to spawn when round is over, because of some weird bug. Players started to shake like crazy when trying to move and weren't able to change weapons.

- Added custom crosshairs to pistol, sniper and assault rifle.
- Added equipment selection screen. Accessible by pressing "J"
- Added "Cheetah module" for phantoms
--> temporary Speed Buff and Fall Damage Reduction by 75%
- Added "Anti-Grav" for assaulters
--> weakens gravity significantly
