Fix: config change for DayZ 1.0 release.
Fix: issue, where chambered cartridge would be ejected on reload press if there was no ammo/magazine for the weapon in the inventory.

Add: when holding a magazine you can now press reload button to cycle through fitting ammo piles. (feedback on this would be appreciated)
