Reload sound timing.

Added a reload animation and sound.

Now traitors get the kill counted.

Sound level and channel changes.

Changed some volume and distance settings and the death sound. It also removes the stopsound problem at multiple use of weapons using music or sounds.

Changed weapon kind to:WEAPON_EQUIP2 and the slot to 8. Now it is possible to carry the AWP parallel to a normal weapon.

Fixed some timing issues.
