Large UI rewrites.
--New feature: Reset setting to default
--New feature: Max and Min buttons on all variables.
--New Layout: looks much cleaner and is much easier to see which settings are from which options.

Several Small UI Improvements:
--row sorting now splits elements evenly between the smallest number of rows (mostly relevant to four choice decisions.)
--Fixed the oversized scroll area.
