- All main and secondary objectives can be completed by either direct ownership, client state, and military alliance. This will give you more variety in how you obtain regions/provinces.
- Removed Apollonia as an objective in Chapter 1 - Illyrian Wars.

Fixed an issue with chapter objectives not advancing past Chapter 2. Save-game compatible as long as you load a save prior to completion of Chapter 2.
