changed event weights so that characters with higher stats get upgraded traits sooner
this fixes a bug where characters with high stats would be very unlikely to get the event

buffed overall event weights
let me know if you think the event is too common now

added a missing bracket in the hunting event this fixes the following bugs
the hunting event is still missing
the intrigue event is still missing
the diplomacy event is still missing

thats right 3/4 of the mod was broken this entire time and now its not
