'Inquisitive Researchers' and 'Inquisitve Hive' civics now have the following additional effects:
-'Inquisitive Researchers' replaces some Coordinator jobs from Adminatrative Arrays, Planetary Processors and Primary Nexuses capital buildings with 'Examinatron' jobs
-'Inquisitve Hive' does the same, replacing some Synapse Drone jobs from Hive Core and Hive Nexus capital buildings with 'Myoneural Drone' jobs
-Examinatrons/Myoneural Drones increase planetary research speed by 10% per job, a maximum of 2 jobs can be acquired from capital buildings (Administarive Arrays and Hive Cores give 1 while Planetary Processors, Primary Nexuses and Hive Nexuses give 2)
-The 'Planetary Supercomputer' building now also gives 1 Examinatron/Myneural Drone job regardless of if the empire has the civics added by this mod
-Thus, a maximum of 3 Examinatron/Myoneural jobs can be acquired per planet, increasing research speed by 30%, this was mainly done to match Technocracry's increased bonusses in Stellaris version 2.2
