Fixed some minor spelling errors.

Moved all people spawners on screen, so prevent npc's from getting stuck. Removed the camera-trap, because it is buggy and causes an invisible wall to appear after use.

The pizza guy and firefighters now start on screen, rather than off screen. This should solve an issue with a missing npc as reported by a player.

The hulkster and the two cheerleaders now walk on screen at the start of the level, before waiting for their scripts, to resolve issues with them getting stuck off screen, as reported by one player. Also improved the timing of their dialogues.

Further improved collision around the bar. Moved the cop near the car crash to better line up with the falling toilet. Added a few extra items. Made minor improvements to telephones.

Removed a duplicate wall. Added better collision for the bar to prevent npc's from getting stuck. Moved a locked node to keep the pizza guy's dialogue on screen. Replaced a malfunctioning phone.

Fixed a floor alignment issue, adjusted a lamppost so npc's don't get stuck there, and added extra dialogue.
