FIXED TEMPERATURE BUG (sort of. basically lowered values til they weren't yellow or red anymore.)
at least you won't be having a heat stroke for putting the CUU or gorka tops on anymore.

Also decided to change the name of my mod as doing only civilian textures really limits what I want to do. So I'll be able to make military textures now if I want to.
