They should be affected by the 50% upkeep reduction for all heroes from the Lahmian bloodline

Hopefully Vampires can really vampire this time.

Required level of Barded Nightmare reduced from 9 to 5.

Required level of Hellsteed reduced from 17 to 10.

Remove vampires (lore of vampires), because it's not working, and there are too many bottoms.
