Monkey patched effects.Register to fix the propspawn.lua issue. This is a temporary fix that I will revert once the next Gmod update that (hopefully) fixes this comes out.

Fix for addons that forget to check that the inflictor field of CTakeDamageInfo objects is valid before doing stuff to it. This should resolve issues with most incompatible addons.
