Fixed a bug where Rite Unlock conditions weren't triggered due to changes to the faction subculture.

Updated for Vampire Coast patch!

Along with the major update, two fixes:

- Should now include most of the skaven ancillaries tied to the culture and factions (banners / followers etc.)
- Starting general starts with the same units that are produced by the horde building chain. This should prevent a bug where Ctrl-selecting stormvermins was not working for the full army.

This is a rather big update, so if you find any bugs or unexpected behavior, please let me know.

- Changed clan name to "Thanquol's Rats", changed from "Clan Horde".
- Tuned down the Lord effects for missile resistance, changed the value to 10%, was 35%.
