Updates to accommodate changes in NWDM Retaliation of evil spits

Fixed a unique NPC named "Primitive Triangle" not participating in Raid.

The Strayed Paladin arms were all Cross Polearm, but I adjusted them to include a variety of weapons.

Added support for Craftable Evil spirit weapon.

Fixed that sometimes the shek people don't have weapons.

Reduced the human damage of Razor Saber a little.
