Added preliminary support for RimWorld 1.4 through 1.5.

This release includes all the same functionality as the mod did for prior RimWorld versions, however RimWorld 1.4 and 1.5 have expanded requirements for feature-completeness so this release is not yet considered as feature-complete as previous releases.

Resolved an incompatibility with the mod Rim-Effect: Core in RimWorld 1.3.

- Added support for RimWorld 1.3.
- Fixed a bug that would cause an AI deadlock if a pawn tries to haul an unachored partial stack that is nearby an anchored stack of the same item type. This bug was introduced in RimWorld 1.1, and has been fixed retroactively for all versions.
