Updated to include both thermal (MWIR) and Nightvision (NIR) strobes. Item is not throwable - this would break the strobe. Item now shows up as "MS IFF Strobe" in grenades - it replaces the vaniila IR grenade.

Minor fix - corrected a code error that broke the vanilla IR_B_Grenade (NATO IR Grenade) instead of making it last 5 hours (As opposed to the vanilla 5 minutes).
