Initial upload.

Changes:
- Changed target version and icon to be for 1.0
- Fixed a bug where the JobDefs' and ThingDefs' JoyKind for certain arcades did not match the one given in JoyGivers.

No other changes were made, as apparently assemblies work from B19 to 1.0. Be sure to report any bugs you find.
