BIG BALANCE CHANGES!!! Soviets no longer start with super cheap guns and rations in 1944 december and 1945 (though still in 1944 normal). Great Patriotic war is completely gone, they no longer get the huge organisation buff. This should be enough to make 1944D and 1945 doable again.
1936 no longer starts at war for 1 day but immediately peaces out
