Minor color fix.

Updated description and added hotkey for toggling power.

Updated fanblades to use the same keys as the wheels for forward/reverse propulsion.

Also reversed the previous update because it made the vehicle a bit unbalanced and I figure extra stability is more important than the extra speed boost.

Modified the hoverpads to rotate backward and forward which provides additional speed.

Updated title/description/tags.
