Added a rearm refuel repair for helicopters middle of base. since the 1.9 update AI driver seem even more difficult to control, not a lot I can do about that..........

REVAMP; The AI drivers are unable or too stupid to follow complicated waypoints; So one player must take Convoy leaders slot. other wise nothing changed.
