-Definitively fixed the muzzleflash bug.

- (almost) fixed muzzlefash appearing after melee by slowing the melee speed
- deploy animation is now 28 frames like default.
- slowed down run animation
- added/changed backward running animation
- added flashlight cord
- added game activity to some unused sequences

optimized weapon mesh and improved bullets UV for other textures compatibility
changed deploy animation fadeout
changed aim up&down variation
charging handle position fixed and its animation
improved pickups animation & blending
