VERSION 0.6

Added a third allele pair for defect traits (dwarfism, etc.)

Adjusted some numbers because I wasn't very happy with the frequency.

Added tall and short traits to this mod. I don't want to have to deal with the height element separately, so it's in this mod too, despite not being vanilla traits.
