V2.1 remake

Update: Feb 15, 2019 @ 12:45pm

V2.0 Attempts to fix the "sticky data" issues have resulted in the concept that the save game is the ruler of all. Best fix - take out the mod that is showing up in your crafts lists with it's crafts instead, run the game, put it back in the mod list *above* the mod that was being fcked.

V1.8 Funcom managed to put some "caching" thinking in the devkit which makes changes buggy and additions impossible. Seems as if they are sabotaging the 3rd party *free* mod support in favor of making money with their own DLC content. Oddly enough, they will look and choose what features and content to add as a matter of making $ DLC by looking at and considering the 3rd party donated free mods. However, it may be the Steam API, I am attempting mod build w/out Steam running to discern this.
