•Actually fixed the SFX timing issue

•Swapped over to the War of the Choosen weapon PBR shader, no more psuedo PBR
•Rebalanced the weapon stats and construction fees to be in line with vanilla
•Double shot SFX should be gone as well

•Cleared my mods folder, and rebuilt the solution. Hopefully that fixes the black model issue.
