Fixed female version using male arms for the Enemy Within version of the armor.. sorry about that mistake

Finally the will bug should be fixed thanx to RustyDios.. apparently Unrestricted Customisation was causing the problem

NOTE: You will need to use the Redux version of Unrestricted

Changed how the armor adds will to the soldier and the drawback should be gone. (BIG thank you to Mr. Nice for the fix)

Note.. due to how it was done, it might give you some missing will if the armor was equipped on a soldier when the update was pushed out, but we added a console command in that you run in the avenger screen WHILE your soldier still have the armor on.. the command is "PsiArmorWillFixUp"

Added actual EU psi armor to female (male has same mesh for both) so female options are now doubled :)

forgot to add DLC hook for people using the Community Highlander mod.. should be fixed now and no more invisible torsos should be showing (at least for this mod)
