Changes:
- Fixed a discrepancy between the JoyKinds listed in Arcades' defs and their relevant JobDefs
- Renamed the homebrew cabinet and cartridge to fit the new naming scheme for the rest

Changes:
- fixed a bug where you could place wall-hanging items (i.e. paintings and dartboards) on natural stone walls
- wall hangers can now be placed on smoothed walls
- added the XP arcades grant to cartridge and arcade descriptions (except for Cooking Baba, which has the XP type in the name)
- renamed arcade items so e.g. instead of "Cartridge, Rum Swirled" it reads "Rum Swirled cartridge"
- fixed the bug where "r_art_description" was not resolved (thanks to Dracoix who pointed me to the correct source of the error, which I missed)

Changes:
- Removed a debug method I didn't intend to leave in which introduced a dupe bug. As such, unfortunately reinstated the bug where cartridges don't drop on deconstruct; a fix for this is still planned.

- Fixed a discrepancy between the JobDef for playing at the RimColony table and the actual BuildingDef for that table.
