Consolidated all American plates into one addon (this one) and resaved all as DXT5 to cut down on addon size. Several plates have also been removed (didn't seen any need for the ones that were removed to remain, as most of them didn't have equivalent vehicles to be used with)

Fixed a bug with all plates that would make them reduce in quality the further you were away from them, and added 2 new ones.
