Equalized stats across specific mutations (exceptions).

Restored original spawn timers for Versus game modes.

Hud will now show each players' total hard health by their name in versus modes (Same for infected players seeing their teammates' and enemy survivors' total health as well, If requested, I'll do coop modes as well).

Bots will no longer sidestep for hordes, instead, their battle station and danger separation ranges are increased and equalized so the team can spread out and give each other a clean shot. While also being close enough to respond to special infected attacks. (This should also help increase locomotion for bots if all humans fall)

Sorry for the ever frequent updates. I just keep finding issues one by one and it's infuriating.

Reverted Neighbor range change since it wasn't necessary.
Decreased Hold time to almost nothing to make sure bots can move through maps more independently. (And not stop at the sign of a single zombie)

Merged best stats accross all game modes. Even bot performance all around.

Neighbor Range increased to 2000 units.
Separation range decreased to 500 units
Bot leading is reinstated.

Redisabled sb_allow_leading as decimal values take no affect.

Made sb_seperation_range (1250, down from 2000) = sb_neighbor_range (1250, up from 750)

I know... Tiny frequent updates.

Changed sb_allow_leading to 0.25 for tesitng. They should be able to lead, but not to the point where they're going too far ahead of the human players. (Let me know if this has no affect as if it were 0).

Disabled Bot Leading due to many issues with custom campaigns. They should still proceed as normal if all human players die.
