Added bounty maps to HN UC and Sheck bars in smaller quantity than the Hub.
Added red icon to bounty maps.
Removed b.o.b.s and Canyonlands killer as they were not put in the game by the dev and seemed to cause crashes.
Tested for crashes, issue resolved :D

-Added Canyonlands killer to a squad and location and map item.
CanyonKiller character existed in the FCS but was not assigned a local.
-Added an existing character with a bounty but no faction turn in info to the Butcher of Blackscratch bounty.
B.o.b.s character is not in the game, yet?
