Moved the location of the mission_sniper spawn to accommodate being used by Giants

Beta 5a -- A whole bunch of tat

- Fixed map photos not working
- Adjusted areaportals
- Some of the props fade based on distance now
- Fixed the triggered bomb not disabling properly
