Fixed the issue in DarkRP where the HUD over head would still show even while cloaked

Copy Pasted a few lines of code to prevent an issue

Fixed the issue with infinite cloak (for real this time). Must have been getting uncloaked by the 30 second cloak still somehow so i just added a line that makes it only run the timer uncloak code if the player actually has that cloak

Fixed the issue where cloak-infinite would not get removed when picking up another cloak leading it to use the other timer
