Updated the Cove files with new monster combinations -- encounters will now feature mixed sets of upper and lower level monsters, with hallway fights erring on the weaker side and room battles on the stronger side.

Turns out the Cove files included in the original game were replicas of the Weald. I've changed them to be Cove enemies (the same as levels 1 and 3) but will need to create original files to ensure that Levels 2 and 4 are different to levels 1 and 3.

Added Shieldbreaker flashback files.

Added Crimson Court and Color of Madness monster mash files.
