* Added a better model for the small ion cannon, inspired by the planetary defense ion cannon's muzzle in Empire Strikes Back and made with love and frustration in Sketchup, because I don't know how to use anything else.

* Ion cannons are now true energy weapons, no ammo required.
* Ion cannons build up a charge over time.
* Charge rate for small ion cannon is 1 round every 6.7 seconds.
* Maximum charge for small ion cannon is 40 rounds;
* Charge rate for large ion cannon is 1 round every 1.7 minutes.
* Maximum charge for large ion cannon is 5 rounds;
* Fire rates have been adjusted, both now fire more slowly. (A new sequencer block is in the works to easily allow multiple cannons to be chained together to allow for a higher rate of fire. Until then you can use an existing sequencer script).

* Particle effect on small grids is now appropriately sized.

* Tested in multiplayer, got involved in ion cannon shoot out with roommate, crashed the game. Fixed the bug that causes the crash
* Changed particle effect to not have smoke and and instead to shoot out sparks in addition to the lightning arcs.

* Blocks that are currently being affected by an ion blast now have an electricity effect around them and surrounding blocks.
