added some definitions as pre-work for another version of this mod

changed something in soundsettings to fix the problem with sometimes not playing sound. Thanks to Nhoj1000.

fixed a problem with the visibiliy of damage effect.

fixed a definition failure for mount points

reupload after checking and refreshing texture path on motor blocks.

- added a complete set of propellers, 1.5 times bigger then the current
- changed the buildspace for the props
(new subtipe ID's, old ID's will still work but are no longer visible in G-Menue)
- added two Motor blocks, only cosmetic
- changed construction models to reduce mod size
- fixed the problem with not stopping props while turning the grid off
