moved custom textures to mod folder instead of base game folder.

Removed bag from Merc dancer and added it to shopkeepers. If you keep her through the entire contract she is recruitable on one condition.

Added a Flashy sign to the Exterior of the club.

Minor tweaks to Dancer merc ai and dialog. Added blueprints for the athletics bench and the double bed to club vendor.

Minor dialog adjustments.

Added a bag for the MercDancer and more Medkits.
