Hopefully fixed a bug where skeletons wouldn't reanimate properly, causing issues.

Had to do a few optimizations, as you can see, but now everything should be stable and safe.

Been a while and I've learned a lot.
-Improved handling of the reanimation. Mechanic essentially stays the same, it's just prettier.
-Skeletons don't just reset upon reanimating, they should stay blighted/debuffed now and only get a heal instead of full health
-Currently only for regular skeletons, big boy Bone General will follow soon.
-A few more additions are also planned and currently in the works, stay tuned!
