- Added the option to select from all hair and face styles for all classes

- Increased the max socketable count at vendor by 1

- Added Summon Enchanter Scrolls to General Goods vendors.
(Electricity, Fire, Ice, Posion, Master and Socketer.)
I've kept the inventory count low and only included the weakest enchanters, so it's still fun and exiting when you find one in the wild.

NOTE: It's not possible to make new containers for Shared Stash, so there socketables will be placed in the arms bag, like in vanilla.

- Increased Gold Chest unique chance to 35%
- Increased Boss Chest unique chance to 45%
