Added toggles to show bill ingredients list as icons.
Improved bill list spacing to fit long ingredients lists.
Mint plant menu can now be opened using ctrl + click if its set to use vanilla menu by default.
Added mint bills menu which lists all worktables on the map and all bills for all worktables.
Added worktable bill stack cloning system, allows you to save a bill stack from a table and apply the full stack or any individual bills from the stack to tables in any other saves.
