Shadow Cloak: Reduced chance of bonus action by 5
Vanishing Trick: Can now target rank 1, but can't be used from rank 2 anymore. (new: 43 - 123, was: 432 - 23)
Marked Fate: Reduced acc by 5
Marked Fate: Removed "Mark target until changes position (max 6 rounds)"
Marked Fate: Added "Mark target for (1 + Target's Size) rounds"
