Bug Fix when sector is contested and both sides spawned.

Small fix to the "Add AI Options"

Added Respawnable car in Sector Omgea and som Dome Tents that you can use to set a custom spawn for players in your team

Added AI Actions to players wich you can add to vehicles. see the descripton for more info.

Now You can order ai that's not in your group to enter the respawnable vehicles.

You also have the ability to add AI option to other vehicles. Unfortunatly this ability dissapears when player respawn.
