General Updates:

NHL Updates:
- Updated post trade deadline
-- Note for the players who had retention below a 750k cap hit (ex: Brassard) I gave a negative cap penalty back for the difference as I can't do a cap hit lower then 750k).
- Some player re-rates for notable performances (good or bad) this season
- Updated draft pick swaps as some were missing and others had conditions met/not met.
- Due to an AI bug I've decided to remove buyout cap hit penalties from the NHL. This will help maintain AI team health long term so they don't continue to sign/buyout players and rack up penalties.
