General Updates:
- This DB has been seeded with a modified output from the EHM prospect generator by ImActuallyAnOtter on TBL. I removed players from countries that are unlikely to ever produce NHL talent and the players will be draft eligible starting in 2021. You should have 50+ years of solid NHL entry drafts in the DB now. I will be randomizing this seeding with each new release to keep the game interesting and fresh with each new play-through!

I know it may not be realistic but I believe it will be more fun in the long run if there isn't hard coded parity in the sim. Let desire to spend and financial constraints be limited based on ownership traits, market size and fan support.
- Added European University Hockey League (EUHL)
- Removed Alps Hockey League from human-playability, the league does not seem to function properly, teams automatically drop 90% of the players, have to investigate and re-build. Also I don't think this was very popular with the player-base.
