Added a few more, as always changes in the google doc.
If you feel the campaigner/adventurer trait is too strong let me know in the comments, it is very hard to get at least in the Vortex Campaign.

Added a second rank to a few more traits, nerfed their first ranks accordingly. Changes in the doc in the description.

Nerfed the - army upkeep effect on some traits as requested.

*Made all traits take longer to acquire after the first rank, especially my added fourth ranks will take a while to get.

*As per popular opinion nerfed most in-battle benefits gained from all traits, lesser nerf to campaign benefits, great nerf to campaign movement bonuses, should be a lot more balanced now.

*Added a few more ranks to some traits, still a lot of work missing of course, updated the google doc with all the changes.
