Fixed recipe Bone Necklace with Golden Armband giving wrong resulting item

Added Flawless,Exceptional Versions and recipes of Bone Necklace with Golden Armband

Added a new version of quiver which occupies the headslot

Fixed arrows, so should reflect the updated arrows with the newest update

Updated to new game version

removed all recipes from Vanilla armorer's.
Added two new armorer's to the game with the recipe's for the mod, one tier 3 and one tier 4..
They spawn in the Darfari camps and Black Hand, Happy Slavin.

fixed a few texture issue's bourght on by my little cut down of the mod

Trimmed the mod down and sourced all meshes that use Vanilla textures back to the game source file, I've being as carefull as I can.. but there still might be oversights.. just post if there's any issue's.
