UPDATE 180714
1. Now Shenki can unlock all Improvements include other mod, and Shanghai can build it.
2. Adjust some special unit picture size to avoid cover their health.
3. More mushroom and more provide.
4. Shanghai's promotion ability "Guard" now +2 movement in friendly tiles.(It maybe not a good change, if you don't like, please tell me.)

I still work hard to make this mod perfect. welcome your advice and feedback, what's more, enjoy it!

修复了上海人形对抗近战时战力不正确的问题
现在上海人形对抗近战时不再受到克制（之前需要imba补丁）
主动进攻城区防御建筑时降低10点战力。

Fix ShangHai Doll Combat vs melee error combat strength
Now ShangHai Doll no penalties against Melee units,
instead -10 combat strength vs district defence.
